Virtual School

At Pittsburg Community Schools USD 250, we understand that learning looks different for every student. We believe students thrive when they have access to educational opportunities that best meet their individual needs and learning styles, and we are committed to providing high-quality instruction in every learning environment.

We are excited to introduce a tuition-free public virtual school option for USD 250 students in grades 6-12 who need or learn best in an online environment for the 2026-2027 school year.

This high-quality online learning program is powered by Edmentum’s award-winning courses and personal support from certified teachers who are experienced and trained in the needs of online learners.

Families interested in enrolling their student in the USD 250 Virtual School for the 2026-2027 school year will need to complete a separate application online following the standard USD 250 enrollment process. More detailed communication will be available on July 1, 2026 when USD 250 enrollment for all students opens.
